The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has approved the 23 indications for medicinal marijuana. Patients seeking medicinal marijuana qualify for certification by a medical doctor if they are diagnosed with any of the 23 indications approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

If you’re at least 18 years old and your quality of life is being negatively impacted by one of the above health issues, medical Cannabis may be able to help you simply and safely manage your symptoms. Patients under the age of 18 afflicted with a qualifying condition are required to have a caregiver apply on their behalf. Proof of Pennsylvania residency in the form of a Pennsylvania Driver’s License or a Pennsylvania issued state identification card with the patient’s current address is required.
